All Catering Orders require a 50% deposit to secure order. The remaining balance MUST be paid four days prior to the scheduled order date in order for us to fulfill the order. No exceptions. 

Deposits are only refundable up to 21 days prior to the date of service. If service is cancelled within 21 days of the date of service, a credit can be issued. If service is cancelled less than 7 days prior to event, deposit is non-refundable. In the event that any balance is not paid by due date stated on the invoice, certain services may be unavailable as certain items/equipment allow up to 7-10 to prior to date of service to obtain. We are not responsible and committed to provide catering or catering related services, UNLESS all amounts are paid in full by due dates.

Pick up Catering Orders: Catering orders must be picked up promptly upon scheduled pickup order time. There is a 25 minute grace period for pickups. If you pickup 25 later than your scheduled pickup time, there will be a late fee applied starting at $15 or a possible reschedule for pickup if tardiness interferes with another client's pickup/drop time. Please be mindful of our time as staff as we are of yours. Thank you.

Racks/Warmers $10 per setup. Catering Racks are yours to keep after use.

Premium Chafing Dishes are rented at $25 per dish. Return pickup fee is applied based upon distance.
